Service Level Agreement

For our Dedicated services we have a fully managed option and multiple SLA's available. Please read more about these options below.

Fully managed

With this option we will manage your server completely. You will keep root access but you can count on our support for the following:

  • - OS and software updates
  • - OS changes and software installations
  • - OS security

With an unmanged server we will only deliver a working OS and act in case of general problems caused on our side.

Costs per month: €39,-

24x7x4 SLA

The 24x7x4 Service Level Agreement guarantees a maximum response time of 4 hours. This includes an emergency phone number which is always reachable.

Costs per month: €100,-

24x7x1 SLA

The 24x7x1 Service Level Agreement guarantees a maximum response time of 1 hour and is advised for all critical systems. This includes an emergency phone number which is always reachable.

Costs per month: €150,-
