We have two Service Level Agreement options, 24x7x4 and 24x7x1. Managed colocation is also possible, please contact us for a custom quote if you are interested in this.
24x7x4 SLA
The 24x7x4 Service Level Agreement guarantees a maximum response time of 4 hours. This includes an emergency phone number which is always reachable.
Costs per month: €100,-
24x7x1 SLA
The 24x7x1 Service Level Agreement guarantees a maximum response time of 1 hour and is advised for all critical systems. This includes an emergency phone number which is always reachable.
Costs per month: €150,-
