Fully managed
With this option we will manage your VPS completely. You will keep root access but you can count on our support for the following:
- - OS and software updates
- - OS changes and software installations
- - OS security
With an unmanged VPS we will only deliver a working OS and act in case of general problems caused on our side.

24x7x4 SLA
The 24x7x4 Service Level Agreement guarantees a maximum response time of 4 hours. This includes an emergency phone number which is always reachable.
Costs per month: €100,-
24x7x1 SLA
The 24x7x1 Service Level Agreement guarantees a maximum response time of 1 hour and is advised for all critical systems. This includes an emergency phone number which is always reachable.
Costs per month: €150,-
