We use the redundant network of We Dare in Amsterdam. In Miami and Alphen aan den Rijn we use the Netrouting network. Below there is a full network description per location.
We Dare (Amsterdam)
All the core routers of the We Dare network are placed in such position that we can guarantee a 99.9% uptime. Once a fault occurs on one of the switches or routers, the traffic can still keep running without any interferences. The switching is fully supported by equipment from Foundry Networks ranging from Netiron 400s to Netiron 800s Jetcore. The total capacity of our redundant network is about 10.000 mbit. The infrastructure of We Dare consists of the following uplinks:

Exchanges:
- - 10Gbit AMS-IX
- - 1Gbit DE-CIX
Transits:
- - 1Gbit Level3
- - 1Gbit KPN

Netrouting (Alphen aan den Rijn, Miami)
The Netrouting backbone was built to optimize response time, latency and uptime. Netrouting is connected to various carriers and internet exchanges, using the the BGP-4 protocol to select the fastest connection available.
We use first class routing/switching equipment and premium graded connectivity. Netrouting uses extensive software to monitor the enitre network 24/7/365. This allows us to maintain pro-active, preventing possible issues before they occur.
The backbone is configured to function failsafe, this means if one of the connections fail another would pick up instantly for uninterrupted service. The Netrouting backbone runs under autonomous system number 47869 (AS-NETROUTING) and is running multi-homed.
The infrastructure of Netrouting consists of the following uplinks in The Netherlands:
